Reports of sex discrimination, sexual misconduct, questions regarding Title IX and concerns about non-compliance should be directed to the Title IX Coordinator. Reports may be submitted in person, by phone, in writing, electronically, or anonymously and may be submitted by complainants, third parties or bystanders to the Title IX Coordinator.

In addition, employees and students have on-campus access to medical services, guidance, and support at the University Counseling Center 318.257.2488 and the University Student Health Center 318.257.4866. If the incident or situation is criminal in nature, immediately contact University Police Department or the local police where the incident occurred. The University Police Department is located at South Hall, 1104 Hergot Avenue, 318.257.4018.
Lactation Rooms
Louisiana Tech University provides lactation support services for nursing moms. Lactation rooms are available in the following locations:
- Prescott Memorial Library, 3rd floor, Room 336. Ask the Circulation Desk for the key to enter the room.
- Carson – Taylor Hall, 2nd floor, Room 267. Ask the administrative staff in room 251 for the key to enter the room.

Local Hospital
In the immediate aftermath of sexual misconduct such as sexual assault or rape, medical care and the collection of physical evidence are very important. The individual should not shower, bathe, or change clothes and may be taken to the hospital emergency room or Student Health Services.

Memorandum of Understanding
The University shall enter into and maintain a written memorandum of understanding with applicable law enforcement agencies with criminal jurisdiction over the campus to clearly delineate responsibilities and share information in accordance with applicable federal and state confidentiality laws.
