Reporting Sexual Misconduct/Power-Based Violence
Reports of sex discrimination, sexual misconduct and power-based violence as well as questions regarding Title IX and concerns about non-compliance should be directed to the Title IX Coordinator. Reports may be submitted in person, by phone, in writing, electronically, or anonymously and may be submitted by complainants, third parties or bystanders to the Title IX Coordinator.

Any person may submit a report of sex discrimination, sexual misconduct, sexual harassment, sexual assault, sexual exploitation, dating violence, domestic violence, stalking (on the basis of sex), power-based violence and retaliation 24 hours a day by completing the on-line form at the link below. Reports can be made anonymously.
University Police Department and Campus Safety
If the incident or situation is criminal in nature, immediately contact University Police Department or the local police where the incident occurred. The University Police Department is located at South Hall, 1104 Hergot Avenue, 318.257.4018.
The University Police Department publishes a Semi-Annual Security Report that contains updated campus crime statistics and security policies.
